Check the News section of www.remingtonpublications.com/news.htm for more information!Relationship Tips Tip #1: To meet "Mr. or Ms. Right" you will probably have to meet a large number of people. Don't discount any particular method of meeting people: your friends and family, the Internet, personal ads, etc. - you never know when or where that person may come from!Tip #2: The purpose of first dates (or even the first few dates), is to find out who a person is. For this reason, don't go to the movies, the theatre or a concert - you need time to talk. Also, don't spend the entire time talking about yourself! Ask "leading" questions that bring insight, not just yes/no answers. Tip #3: Men and women speak different languages! Men are most often work from a "problem-solution" format - that is, they want to know specifically, what's wrong so that they can find a solution and move on. Women on the other hand most often use language to first decipher the problem and may even speak through their thought processes. Men - be careful trying to interpret these statements as facts of an issue - she may just be trying to define it!
What Readers are Saying We're getting mail from readers all over the country! Here are some of the things the are saying: " I bought your book and have studied it several times, especially the sections on being tested and responding properly. I've made several mistakes in that area in my past relationships. Thanks for giving specific advice on how to handle a variety of tests.""Hello Doc- I am a female who stumbled onto your book. I hate to admit it, but I agree with most of the things you've said. I've already given a copy to my boyfriend!" "I mailed my completed form with a check today! Can't wait to read your book!" "I'm pleased to see that the issues of unfairness and discrimination against men are being addressed. I'm buying my fiancé a copy of your book for his birthday at the end of this month--he and I have discussed this issue several times, and I'm sure he'll find the book interesting. Hey--after he's finished reading, he might even let me read it if I ask him nicely. :) Anyway, just wanted to say "bravo" and let you know that there *are* a reasonable and fair few of us out here!"
