Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund. Please note that we are not able to accept returns for digital content: e-books, and opened CD's and DVD's.

- When sending in a return to Remington Publications please follow these instructions:
- Indicate the reason for your return
- Include the packing slip with your return (if you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper) and a copy of your invoice.
- Wrap the package securely
- Attach your return address
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Be sure to get a tracking number.
